Inner Self Healing is a small business run by me, Sadie Tooley in the Bognor Regis area. I provide a range of holistic treatments that can help to reduce stress and anxiety, promote relaxation, ease physical and emotional pain and lead to a more positive outlook and overall feeling of wellbeing.
ABOUT
I created Inner Self Healing after having first-hand experience of the negative impact of stress and anxiety. My own healing journey involved me reconnecting with my spiritual side and seeking more than conventional support to heal. I qualified as a reiki practitioner over 15 years ago. I have since learnt other holistic therapies not only for my own healing but more importantly, to be able to offer other people the opportunity to switch off from day-to-day stress and pressure! We often juggle too many things, always put others first and feel guilty if we do something for ourselves. This is your chance to take a break, put yourself first, really relax and allow your body’s own natural healing abilities to kick in.
I offer one to one sessions from the comfort of my relaxing treatment room in Aldwick. Distance healing sessions can be provided upon request. Services include facials, reiki, light touch treatments, guided meditation, and sound healing. Treatments can include a combination of the above.
